Be very careful with this company. Sold us 3 cell phones and changed the contract AFTER we signed. Agreed 1 year and gave us 2 year w / a $35 charge to change it! Told us the phone was $45, after signed, charged $75!
Manager during shift agreed for a 3 day trial for us to try the phone and make sure it worked at my boyfriend's job. He works where most cell phones dont get reception. We brough it back within 30 min of purchase and their was a DIFFERENT manager who REFUSED to refund us the money. On the contract we signed says "REFUND w / in 14 days of purchase on authorization of manager".
The manager changed as soon as we requested a refund.instead of rationalizing with us w / reasons why they refused, they yelled at us! We lost $200 dollars and stuck in a 2 year contract. Just be careful, they are very nice when selling, once they get your signature they do whatever they like with it signing you away to many hidden fees that are not shown because they are in "the manual".
Also, will charge you $1400 to cancel service and refund! Yes, its ridiculous and I dont want anyone else to be subjected to such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially by their manager Patty.
