Horrible company, extremely rude customer service... A few months back I ordered a dvd/vcr from circuitcity.com. They shipped it by fedex smartpost which is a joint effort of fedex and the post offce. Package got lost in shipment and fedex and the USPS blamed each other. I called circuit city thinking they would jut ship another one... WRONG! They had to "research" the loss. Took 2 months, numerous calls, a complaint with the BBB, a letter to the CEO and disputing the charge with my visa to get a refund.
If you ever order anything from circuit city and you dont receive it, call their customer service only once. If they don't offer a reship or refund right then, dispute the charge with your credit card immediately. Don't believe the "it will take 3-5 business days to research your inquiry."
