Ripoff Fradulent billing

In November we bought a plug and play xm system from Walmart. We also bought a prepaid card for 30.00 to activate the service We were told when activating that 15.00 for activation and 12.99 would be taken off our to give us one month of service.

After the one month of prepay was up, the radio was turned off by them with no contact between us. We have since received bills for 44.00. We called the company and they fed us a bunch of lies saying we signed up for a promotion. They told us a woman talked to us on that day and it was really a man.

They also told us they sent us a welcome packet to our address in Virginia. When we ordered the service from them, we were on the road moving and had no address to give them. How could they send us something to a house we didn't even have yet.

We were on the phone for over an hour, talked to 4 people and still no resolve. They told us there are no managers on nights and we need to call back tomorrow.

This company is charging us for services we never received. What a rip off!!!
