I bought a product through Circuit City internet site. "Someone" lost it (it was an ipod) and I have been trying for the past three weeks to get my money back. I was not in the "bundle" send to be delivered through FedEx SmartPost as claimed on the USPS tracking form - but no one would help me figure out what happened. I called today as instructed (15 days missing) and thought I could cancel the order so I can go buy it at the store) but was told that now they would take 3-5 business days to try to figure out what had happened and when I tried to point out that they could have done this after any of my five calls in the past two weeks, the very rude clerk told me that it was their "policy" to wait 15 days and they search for 3-5 days and then I could talk to them about a refund! I have never heard anything so ridiculous and was wondering if I am alone in my experience.
