I purchased my first computer and I had no warranty so I went and bought my new toshiba, I told the sales manager that I was clumsy and needed the best extended warranty available, I even relayed that and I quote "If I drop or throw this thing and it is my fault will I be covered" He assured me that even if you throw it out of a two story window it will be covered. Just less than a year or so after, My computer was vibrated off of my table, due to a jackhammer being used on the condo. When I returned to the store I was informed that NOW there was a new warranty in effect and mine was not valid any longer. Because now you have to purchase a specific warranty for monitors on laptops, I fail to understand how they can change the rule and warranties at their descretion. MY warranty was purchased long before they added their new money making warranties so I ask them how to cancel the warranty and get my money back. So they gave me this address becuse warranties aren't their business. I now have a web address: www.espcancilltion.ccity.com which is also bogus now I am out over 2000. And I cant get refunded and this has been going on and on and on. Can anyone help?
