12/08/06 Place order on ebay, Item description said FREE AIR UPGRADE. I called the same day to get paypal info. Customer rep said he would email it and he never did.
12/10/06 I called to ask for paypal info, customer rep apologized for not sending it before. Got the link, paid.
12/12/06 Called to get an order status. Customer rep said item was shipping directly from Sony and the plane was delayed.
12/14/06 Customer rep said I would get the order by monday 12/18/06. He confirmed it was being sent AIR.
12/18/06 Customer service said the plane was still delayed but it was guaranteed I would get it by christmas.
12/20/06 Customer rep said item was shippeds and they had sent a tracking number to my email account. I never got it. At around 6:00 P.M. I called again saying I never got the email. I asked them if they could give it to me by phone. They said that was a different department and they generate the email automatically. I gave them my cellphone number, he said he would call with the tracking number. Never happened.
12/21/06 I called at around 10:00 A.M., DAN WOODS answered my phone call and said he didn't have the tracking number that he would call me back with it. I told him that that's what another rep had told me the day before. He said, in a rude tone, "That is not possible, we NEVER call people back." I couldn't believe it. He didn't let me reply to this because he hang up on me.
I was really upset because of all the lies and the way I had been treated. I went to my ebay page and left a negative feedback stating the rudeness of the customer service and the slow shipping. DAN WOODS replied to my feedback immediately saying that I had never paid for air upgrade (Notice it said FREE on item description) and that the order was already shipped. He also sent an email requesting for me to withdraw the feedback.
I called him and he was ruder then ever. He said "I stopped your order because you left a negative feedback on ebay. I will only ship IF YOU WITHDRAW the feedback. I tried to tell him that the feedback was well deserved because of the lies and rudeness but he said: If you want to continue arguing it won't do any good. Just remove the feedback. I told him all I wanted was the tracking number, that I would remove it if he gave it to me. He put me on hold for the longest time, when he finally came backhe said he would call me later.
12/21 I sent him an email the day before, left a message on his voice mail and on their web page.By the way, when checking the order status on their web page, it said: "sent to warehouse" GROUND shipping.
12/22/06 I asked my husband to call from a different phone (they screen calls) and he talked to a different rep. He told my husband my order had been cancelled because of the negative feedback and hang up.
I called DAN WOODS directly to find out what had happened exactly. The first thing he says is "OH MY GOD, YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND CALL EVERY 5 MINS". I said: "You cancelled the order because you didn't like the feedback?" He said "YES". He said the money was to be refunded to my paypal account (I had to file a dispute). I said " is the shipping going to be included in the refund?" He said yes: "you never got the item". I asked "How is it possible to stop a plane? (remember according to them order had been shipped by air), he said: "I stopped the TRUCK".
As you can see, he never shipped by air (or never shipped at all).
12/26/06 He left a negative feedback on ebay saying that I never paid for air and I never returned calls. Dan, i am confused! I thought you said i would call every 5 mins!
