I purchased a "brand new, never used, in box" Sony Ericsson k800i for $200 on May 7. The money was immediately debited from paypal without hesitation. I received an email stating that the seller (LLCellular) had "electronically notified" USPS of the package and that it would soon be shipped. As of today (2 wks later) I still don't have the item. I emailed them regarding shipment status and they replied asking me to call. When I called, there was no answer. It rings for as long as you will listen to it. I replied to the email complaining of their lack of customer service and was asked to call a different number — same story. No answer, no voicemail. No nothing.
I have left negative feedback for them on ebay and I am currently disputing with paypal.in my letter to paypal, I referenced this site and asked them to seriously look into the number of complaints against this company. I cannot for the lifge of me, figure out how they are still allowed to sell on ebay.
In my opinion, I would be willing to bet $40 million that they rigged their own feedback rating. I have read many reports on this site stating they left negative feedback and were told to remove the feedback in order to get a refund. Well I am here to say that I am standing by my negative feedback, and I will take every necessary action in order to get every penny back that I paid to this BS company!
