Refuses to help Dissatisfied Customers ripoff

My husband is over the road trucker which keeps him on the go alot.in Nov he bought a jabra adapter as a gift for me. He paid $ 84.79. He did not make it home until a almost a month later. I called the Wy store to speak with customer service, I told them what I wanted and was asked to hold on. I was on hold for 15 mins before hanging up, this happened twice so then we have emailed Interstate connections once within 30 days of buying this jabra and once after the 30 days asking if how we can return it because it will not work on our laptop and we are no where near one of there stores. They have ignored our emails and phone calls. Store policy is you have 7 days to return an item. My husband was rerouted and didn't get home for almost 3 weeks later.

I'm very upset and disappointed with this company.
We will never buy anything from this company again, they do not work with you, instead they take your money and more or less say screw you
