Business: 9143-3649 Quebec Inc This company advertises on the Internet for the sale of various Apple I-Pods at reduced prices. I purchased two Nano 2 Gig I-pods and my credit card was charged 253.00 via Paypal on 12/6/06. I immediately received an electronic receipt of the transaction from Paypal, but did not receive any ackwowledgement or tracking information from the seller. After about a week I started trying to contact the seller via E-mail with out success.
I waited several more days and the merchandise never arrived so I then turned it over to PayPal and initiated a dispute and claim. I also turned it over to American Express after noting the sellers name and AKA's on the complaint.
To date there has still been no response from the seller although I have received a promotoional offer from an apparent affiliate; iPodsOnSale.net for a free trip to Mexico. I don't think I'll be going!!
