I bought a t.V. From Best Buy on may 3. IT was a t.V. Vcr combo. When I went to use the vcr portion for the first time on june 8 it would only eject and when i went to shut the t.V. Off it would automatically turn back on. So i went back to the store but, it was 5 days past the 30 day exchange policy even though i had the receipt. They told me i should have bought a service plan and offered to send it out for repair. It was due to be fixed by june 19 and now it is june 28th and i come to find out the t.V. I bought was defective and needs parts so who knows when i'll get it back. The store will not provide me with any distict managers names or numbers when i ask they hang u
