This is, by far, the worst company I have ever dealt with. After completing the terms of my year long contract, I tried... And tried... And tried to cancel the service. They simply refused to turn it off and kept on billing me. I refused to pay the bill, so they billed my credit card. I returned their reciever. Still, the charges remained on my credit card. I have called them repeatedly and they will always tell me that my card will be reimbursed in 7 to 10 business days. It never happens. No wonder so many people are going to Free-to-Air. I tried to work with Dish, but I am sick of the runaround and ripoff.
