I ordered high definition to be installed in my home.initially, they asked me for my credit card number and told me it would only be used once for the $49.99 activation fee.
The original contractor they sent out was not given the right work order and did not have the right material to do the job. They never showed back up to do it. We called another DISH NETWORK CONTRACTOR to install it. They came out and did install it. The asked for my CC number again and I gave it to them, They called the charge into DN. I was OK with that as they did install the right equipment.
A few weeks later i recieved my credit card bill and there were two $49.99 activation fees. I called DN over and over and over. They refused to credit me back. I had no choice but to then put a dispute thru with my credit card company.
I came home from work a few days later and found they shut my programming off. I called there and he said the same story and everyone else. Nothing. They helped me with nothing. So anyway after being stubborn and not giving up, he decided to turn back on my service.
Well, I thought to myself, its about time they treated me right. It was a good thought that didnt last long. I got my bill about a week later and they charged my DN account the 449.99 again.
I am so sick of this. But I am in a 1.5 yr contract and if I try and pull out they will just charge my credit card. Help!
