Boost mobile started a premium plan, included is free nights after 7 pm. I got two phones and the service for each of them costing $400. My minutes were disappearing so when I contacted customer service, I was told that there was a computer error that was causing me to be charged for calls between 7 P.M. And 8 P.M. The woman promised to have it taken care of. She didn't.
When I called a few days later a supervisor named Jess informed me that I was an idiot and had been using the phone continuously after 6 P.M. This was absoulutely not true, I found that they had me on central time. I am on eastern time. It seemed like an easy fix but it wasn't resolved. Customer service called me a few impolite names and hung up on me when I asked for the service to be fixed.
I called back and customer service gave me what was supposed to be a corporate office address, so I wrote a letter only to have it returned a week later as non-existent.
