I recently purchased a router from ths company off of ebay. The correct shipping address was posted on both the ebay site and paypal site, yet somehow the company managed to ship my router to the wrong address. I tried emailing them several times, so that they could do a callback on the mis-shipped package and reship it to the correct address, or to send me a refund since I did not receive the item. They refused both offers, and when I filed a complaint with paypal, they became very uncooperative and refused to help in anyway. Not only did I not get my item, but they somehow convinced paypal to not give me a refund, so I am without the item, and the money I paid for it. I have also heard from other people since I had left negative feedback on ebay that this has not only happened to me, but they have done it to many others. Its this type of business that makes people insecure about shopping online.
