Taken 10 wks to repair surrond sound and still don't have it done

I took a surround sound into them 10 weeks ago for warranty work, they have continued to mislead me in telling me it will be shortly. I waited 6 weeks before ever contacting them, giveing them ample time to fix this. They tell me its the company doing the repair, the company doing the repair says can't find a part or its been ordered, I have caught both of them tellilng me 2 different things contradicting what they told me previous. I have tried email customer service, answer "computer generate reply WE like hearing from our customers", called them nunmerous times same ol same ol, " Parts are order". 10 weeks still no surround sound just same old misleading statements.
