I purchased a television from HHGregg along with an extended warranty which cost us a total of 2526.24. The extended warranty was for 5 years. We had a problem last year which was repaired immediately.in late April of this year our Television went out again. It is now July 15 close to three months later and our tv still does not work. I have missed work on numerous occasions, I cannot begin to tell you how many times I have called HHGregg, GE, and Electra Sound, nothing works, no one knows how to repair the TV. The first repair person burnt something then went outside to call his boss, and soon left. Exactly what is a warranty good for? Do these companies collect money from consumers and then say "the heck with them"? I am filing a small claims court suit against these companies, they will not get away with this. They have sent board after board off to be repaired to no avail. Something must be done about this! I will not let this matter go, this is wrong and may I suggest to everyone to stay away from HHGregg, and GE Warranties. These people would be the first to complain if the roles were reversed. There is never a supervisor to speak with and worse than that they don't seem to know where they send the parts to... Right. There answer when I asked where they send the parts to was "someplace in Indiana"
