Wow—Where do I start!!! My husband bought me a 55in TV and surround sound system with blu-ray from Best Buy. Upon installation, the TV was bad, so my husband had to box it up with a little help and take it back to the store for another (it took us 6 hours to get the first one) out of Concord, NC. We had to find the other in Greensboro. OKKK they came and installed that one, it worked but they did not have time to hook up the surround sound for us, we did not pay for it beforehand so we could not pay for it on the spot (I understand that). We called and rescheduled. They came out and guess what, the surround sound system was defective. So we had to go find another one (in Greensboro). We scheduled another time to come out. Low and behold, we get a call the day before (Mon) telling us that it was cancelled and had to be rescheduled, we were on the phone 15 mins because they called us and noone could tell us why it was rescheduled and that is after we took the next day off from work. After being switched to 3 different people, no one could tell us why it was cancelled and they kept insisting that we called them and we were still on the phone with the original phone call. Very unbuisness like and more than likely we will start going to HHGreGG. Never again will we recommend Best Buy. I have been doing that for years but I guess we all make stupid choices. I just realized mine.
