Ripoff over charges on items shows you one sells you another no refunds

This so called Sony dealer not only lies about a rebate when you buy a $1500.00 camcorder but charges you a $137.00 for a filter thats cost $19.00 anywhere else after convincing you that he is doing you a favour by charging half the price... Unfortunatley the filter he shows you is a good make the one he supplies is the cheap one, then there are no returns or refunds avoid at all costs.
