I do 99% of my shopping on line. This company is the WORST I have ever dealt with.
First, their web site indicates they do not bill your credit card until shipment - WRONG. Mine was billed with 30 minutes of placing my order - although my item did not ship until 6 days later.in addition, shipping with DHL took 3 days longer and was more expensive than if they had shipped with USPS or Fed Ex. My delivery sat at the DHL delivery hub for almost 2 days before it got to me.
I got only one unit of the 2 I ordered and paid for. For over a month, I have asked for a refund on the unshipped unit. You can only contact these people by email and their answers are extremely brief, unhelpful, curt and misspelled.
First they told me that they "needed to check with the manufacturer" to see if the second unit had shipped. Over a week later, I got a notice from Etronics saying it DID ship and I emailed them regarding a tracking number, figuring, if it was on its way, I would take it. Their response? A smarmy "you said you wanted to cancel it and we are doing so." So don't know why I got indication the thing had shipped.
Three weeks later, no unit, no refund and the same response over and over again to my daily emails - 'we are confirming with manufacturer" or "we are checking with manufacturer." What that has to do with refunding me my money, I don't know. My business transaction is with Etronics, not the japanese manufacturer of the unit.
I have no hopes at this point to receive either the unit or a refund. This company should not be doing business PERIOD.
