SCAMS: We are a large events business that has purchased twice from this vendor. First order we DID NOT receive the mechanical bull we ordered, we received a unit that could not be used in the United States. Vendor offered a few hundred dollars "off" another order. We could only use the $4000 item for spare parts! The inflatables we purchased have proven defective with low quality workmanship, lasting only a few months instead of the 5 years normally expected.
Second order: Again we did not receive the mechanical bull we had ordered. We ordered their top of the line unit and received an older model, inferior unit (much less expensive). We did not receive a $2000 surfboard unit at all. The crates received and documented on shipping records could not possibly have contained it (much too small) yet the manufacturer insists "it is not in our warehouse so we must have shipped it to you"! Vendor also failed to meet shipment schedules (late by 2 months, even after the 3 month lead time was figured in), failed to notify of ocean shipment and delivery to port.
