On 6-17-06 via VISA and WWW I bought Offer No. TD-2733 Cash Reward $50.00, Details: Samsung DVD-VR325 DVD/VCR Player/Recorder Refub. As directed I went to; ON REBATE and tried to register for my rebate. I could not enter more than the area code of my phone number and as the complete phone number is required to register I could not register. I e-mailed my salesperson at Tiger direct asking for help and he said the only help he could give was their phone number: I called and got a message machine so I stated the problem, left my address and phone number and requested they assist me in registering for my rebate. I have tried to register four times since then and see the same problem. I have printed copies of everything I have told you here except for the phone call if it is of any help.
