Ripoff about rebate. After advertising rebates, Tiger Direct says that is not responsible of it

I purchased a product on Tiger Direct, and they never gave me the rebate. I sent all the papers to get my rebate, and event though I called to know the status of my rebate "they make me wait 8-10 weeks to get my rebate". Since I didn't get my rebate, and I want to return the product but "you have a month to return any product". Therefore, this is considered unlawful advertisement from my point of view since when you call Tiger Direct, they claim they are not responsible for any rebate.

I am a quality engineer that focuses on customer satisfaction, and this is the most dissatisfied experience I ever experience. The most unprofessional managers that I ever encountered belong to this business. If you purchase any product at Tiger Direct is cheaper considering the rebate, but if you don't get the rebate the product ends being more expensive than in any other store such as Best Buy. I lost $35 on my rebate.
