Tiger Direct posted web link to wrong rebate on Website, Rebate letter was returned to me P.O. Box closed, Tiger Direct would not rectify situation.
Customer Service told me I used the wrong rebate, and sent me the right one, only problem was that the rebate had to be postmarked 30 days from date of purchase.
I received returned rebate 32 days from date of purchase, Tiger Direct customer Service would not even listen to my problem, just keep repeating that I had used the wrong rebate.
