I ordered a Sony home theater system (HT-5100D) on 27 March from Digitaletailer based on a search from your site.
It is 12 May and I still do not have the system. I called and talked to both Stella (#215) and John (#209) MANY TIMES.
Neither returns my calls... Although bothe say they will look into it and call me back.
They gave me a UPS tracking number on 10 April, but when I called UPS, they said it was for billing only and they never received the merchandise to ship.
On 12 April, Stella was supposed to have initiated a trace with UPS, but when I spoke with UPS on 6 May, that was never done.
Did I mention my credit card was charged on 1 April? And they will not credit my account even though they never shipped the merchandise.
