Very disappointed with HP

Ordered a custom system online on March 30 paid with PayPal. Scheduled to ship by April 17. On April 18th when I called to find out status they informed me that they couldn't find out when it would ship and I would need to call back in 24-48 hours and they should be able to tell me. I paid for two day shipping so I would receive system on or before April 19. I said that since system did not ship on agreed date and would not arrive in agreed time period that I am cancelling the order and wanted my money refunded in the same timeframe they we paid for the order they could not fulfil. I.E. Same day... They told me too bad it would take around two weeks... If i was lucky... To get my money refunded... As an 8 system customer of HP in the past I am more than disappointed with this. I will never purchase anything from HP again and recommend you don't either... Unless you like talking to a philippines based call center with people that not only don't care but will hang up on you when you cancel an order and request your money back... Bad bad company... Stay away from these jerks...
