Z9 charged my account $501.64 a month ago, but have not yet sent the stereo I ordered. They act like they are looking into it, but they are not doing anything. I save for months for this

On March 18, I ordered a Fender Portable Sound System from Z9 Electronics. My debit card was used for the purchase & was debited within a week of purchasing the stereo (March 22). The amount I paid was $501.64. I received an email on March 22 telling me that my purchase had shipped. As of today, April 13, I have not received the merchandise I ordered. On April 2, I sent an email inquiring about my purchase. On April 5, I received an email from someone in Sales saying they were surprised I hadn't yet received my purchase and that they would look into it. On April 7, I inquired again and, again, I was put off by someone via email. I am now out $501.64 because I trusted this company and they lied to me.
