My husband and I had an account through Cellular One and then after our year contract was up we let the phone expire. When we called to make a payment on the bill they would not accept and said we had to come to the office to discuss the break of contract. We did not do this and they turned the bill over to First Revenue Assurance who added on $200.00 to the bill and will not leave us alone. We get three automatic phone messages left on our machine a day.
