I purchased a cell phone and Cingular plan from InPhonic. The cellphone had two rebates (one $25 and the other $75). I got the $25 on time, however, the other one I am yet to receive. I was supposed to receive $75 rebate by Dec.
Every time I call the customer service they have same things to say. It is still under review and won't commit on when I will be able to know the outcome of the review. A Supervisor did acknowledge there it was an error on their part and sent it for re-review.
I am not able to make any progress with this issue and it has been a very frustrating experience. I think Inphonic is running a Fraud scheme here. I want to make a complain about this to Consumer protection and want to know how to report them. Today, I was speaking to a manager running the Customer Service, who simply slammed the phone on me.
Any help is much appreciated.
