Cellularone And First Revenue Assurance ripoff threats demanded payment for service not renderd around the clock phone calls and refuses to listen very rude

Cellular one had Debarshi Nasa of Allserve sys in carrolt0n texas zip 75006 ph 1-800-622 9110 phone was sent from there service center in NJ on 12/23/03 after several calls to get it activated they kept hanging up. I called 1-866-447-6450 and still no results after about two weeks i called back and told them to cancillor activate it 60 days later celluarone sends me a bill and the phone is still not activated the phone to this date has never been activated cellular one web shight not within there service area
