A little over a year ago I ordered three phones from InPhonic. Each phone came with a rebate to be paid after a six month period. I submitted the required information, which is not a simple task, and for various "reasons" like the Cingular bill was invalid because it did not have an invoice date, or an invalid UPC code which of course came right from the box, etc. The rebates were denied.
InPhonic required me to re-submit, on numerous occasions, the necessary forms because "the scanner was down" or "we didn't receive your fax" and then the process starts over. They are great at delaying and not reviewing submitted information. The major problem is they will not take the time to review the information, it is "just call us back in two weeks" and we will have an answer but of course they don't and ask you to call back in two weeks.
I finally called back and was told that it was beyond the time to re-submit the claim so all of my rebates were denied.
