Everyitem Incorprated ripoff every item doesn't deliver any item

I used the "buy it now" option to purchase 8 batteries and charger for my camera. When it didn't come i sent e-mail... No response. Then i called. Fellow said they were out of stock and were expected in a week. Then he offered a replacement. Said it was an upgrade. But mAH rating was 2300 instead of 2500. But i needed it so i accepted.
He didn't send that on either..

Again i have sent e-mails and made phone calls.
And again no responses.
