Like a shock for my anticipating spouse, I bought an Olympus 1030 sw 10-mp camera for that purchase cost of $199.99. Prior to making the purchase I named the revenue / customer support quantity (1877 203 1065) and talked with Joe who confirmed the camera was a genuine offer and described that the battery, charger in addition to a memory that just kept 5 photos was incorporated with the camera. I named two days after producing the purchase to confirm the purchase and examine the delivery standing as directed to do this by email. To my dismay, I had been educated they were just delivery the camera not the battery and charger which was incorporated with the purchase. After detailing that people were informed anything was incorporated the sales consultant attempted to cost mean extra $149.99 for that battery and charger. After I did not conform to his demand he hung-up on me. I subsequently called back again to stop my order and talked to some Joe who almost declined to stop my purchase. He insisted that I with a battery and charger and maynot return me since the purchase had previously started to become prosed. After I requested to get a termination amount he offered me exactly the same purchase quantity as before. I subsequently needed to contact my charge card organization to prevent cost since I sensed that I had been being cheated. We still haven't acquisitions a camera and our infant arrives anyday. I really hope that within the forseeable future anything is likely to be completed to avoid this from occurring to others.
