EveryItem, Inc. Blundered the delivery of an AC adaptor for my digital camera. Though the ad on Ebay promised and even showed a picture of an adaptor compatible with my camera, they sent me something totally wrong. Then, after assuring me they'd exchange it with a compatible model and reimburse me for shipping it back, which I did, I never heard from them again.
EveryItem has done this to many others, which is why they're no longer welcome at Ebay.
I've saved all ads and and communications to document all this.
I hope others don't get ripped-off too.
