I received a Kinyo brand VHS reminder Model NumberUV-520 for Christmas 2005 and within 2 weeks it stopped working! I contacted the Better Business Bureau who in turn made an attempt to contact Kinyo who refused to respond to my complaint! I called Kinyo myself only to be told that there would be no exchange because I do not have a receipt! The man was rude on the phone and from this day forward I refuse to knowingly buy any products made by this company!
