Went online with cell phone service cingular wireless in dec. Of 2005. Everything froze and I then received a bill for 700.00 for online service. Phone froze connected online for two days. I did not know this. Called them, they were rude and said it was my problem. Yeah well it was their phone and their service that froze. They said would knock off 200 but I still had to pay $500.00 because the phone froze. Be careful with this company. Is there anyone I can contact about this to help me get my money back?
