Circuit City - Chase Bank
Ripoff can not pay bill on-line or by phone without $14.95 charge added to your account

I have been a customer of circuit city for years. They recently changed there credit to chase bank.

Now they are charging a fee of $14.95 to pay your bill on line. The same charge if pay by phone. They should rethink their credit options and get rid of chase bank.

I will no longer do business with circuit city.
It is easier and more convenient to pay bills on line but should not be charged for it.
