Circuit City - Chase Bank
New $14.95 Fee to Pay Card Bill Online or Phone

I have been a customer of Circuit City for years. They recently changed there credit to Chase Bank.

Now they are charging a fee of $14.95 to pay your bill on line. The same charge if pay by phone. They should rethink their credit options and get rid of Chase Bank.

I will no longer do business with Circuit City.
It is easier and more convenient to pay bills on line but should not be charged for it.
