I have contacted customer service for my Circuit City Visa through Chase Bank, N.A. On numerous occasions to request a lower interest rate and have been denied repeatedly with no explanation. Explanations are sent by mail only. Customer service does not have access to that information nor does the supervisor, which by the way is the highest level personel you can speak with. The higher ups do not accept calls. I find this unacceptable customer service.
I have good credit and pay my account on time. This is not the way you keep customers. I will be seeking alternatives to pay my account out and I will no longer carry a Circuit City Visa through Chase Bank USA, N.A.
