I purchased a phone on Ebay from this company, and I paid for the item within 24 hours (Dec. 22). A couple weeks went by and my phone hadn't come so I called the company. The person I spoke to said that my phone had not been shipped yet, so I will get a refund tomorrow (Jan. 11). I emailed the company and asked why my phone hadn't been shipped yet and they told me that it was not in working condition, so they could not send it (however, they never contacted me to tell me that, I called THEM). He then told me I would get my refund shortly. When I didn't receive my money the next day like I was told, I emailed the company again.
On January 24, I received an email saying that paypal would not allow them to send money, so I checked into that and got my bank account verified within 2 days. I then emailed the company again telling them that there would be no problem sending money. On January 26 I received an email saying that I will have my money before the weekend. Today is Saturday, Jan. 28 and I still have not been refunded. I called the customer service number and it was disconnected.
I am very disappointed with this business and can not figure out why they have any reason to be holding my money for this long. I was also upset that they couldn't take the time to tell me that my phone was not able to be shipped. I will update this report when I get my money.
