Scammers buy on ebay & use paypal you must ship your item express & you get to pay for INS. They receve your item than claim tell paypal that they never receved your item when they receve your item they have to sign for it they dont care they do paypal refunds your money from your visa card for them so they get your item for free & you get to pay for them to get it. You call paypal waste about 6 hours on the phone to some person that only knows how to say were looking in to it. You must send them all your info orginals not copys they give you a paypal # & they do nothing ever i have been waiting for as long as 8 years & as short as 1 year now the old owners of paypal went to jail for there scams of swiping your money from your account.
You would put money in there & you would use some of it than it would disapair i emailed them asking what happend to the rest of my money thats all they would is email me back saying you have $0.00 ballance in your account
i sent them there email stating that i had $57.00 & some cents that i dont remember the cents but thats all the did is email me you have $0.00 ballance in your account. They all went to jail they had to sell paypal MEG whitwourth bought it & is the owner of paypal.
However i dont think she has anything to do with any of the scamms. Most people dont have any trouble with paypal.
But some do thats why you see in some ebay listings that they do NOT take paypal.
In my listings i had a $250.00 paypal user fee.
I had to add nonrefundable because ther was people willing to pay up to $1,000.00 for a $28.00 item
why not they get it all back. Plus your item all for free
i have lost about $300.3 different times.

After about 10 years on ebay i have been kicked off ebay
why people receved a as is item & think it should work because they got it not working. & one guy say he sent me money & i never sent his item. I told him did you receve a email from me saying that i receved your payment. He did not respond to that question. He just want me to refund his money. I told him to go to his bank or post office & see if it was casched he would not do that for some reason he did not say he just wants me to refund his money. Ebay wants me to email every one that had complaints & refund them there money or make things right.
However i could not email any one on ebay because i could use ebay at all i told them that & after weeks they did give me the email links to the people & i emailed them none responded except the guy that want me to refund his money but would not go to his bank or post office. For proff that i cashed it or that he even sent any.
Well thats my story about paypal on ebay i am sure others have had crazy things happen to them too.
