Awhile back, I signed up for a new Nextel phone. I went to a local store near my home for this phone. I took a service plan that gave me alot of minutes as well. I live down south in a 815 area code. Anyway, I didn't receive a bill for a few months so I had called each month and inquired about my bill, and was told they were working on it and I should see one soon, but not to worry. I finally received one four months later and it was for $4200.00. When I called to complain that why my bill was not only late, but way too high, I was told that there are two 815's, and I had a 815 that was not in my area, but 50 miles northwest of me making each call I made a toll call. There was if and or buts about it, I had to pay the full amount. Screw them, they have sent dozens of bottomfeeders after me to try to collect, but not one dime will I pay. Nextel is the worst anyway. There customer service is a joke, and talk about drop calls! They are the leader in that. What a crap company
