I purchased a Sony nwhd3 hard drive mp3 player. I like the player, it sounds good, has good battery life and is very small. The problem I have is, I cannot copy anything to it that I don't buy from Sony's proprietary music store. I was able to before I upgraded my computer, but since I get an error each time I try to rip a cd into the program. All music has to be transferred to the player via the Sonicstage program. I have been in contact with their support people repeatedly for like a month to no avail. Now it is like my player has whatever music is on it now, but I can't add anymore to it. I have not used even 1/3 of it's capacity, but the only way I could add more is if I purchase music from Sony.
