I am reporting bad business. I have been with cell one for four years now they are the worst cellphone company around! I have two accounts with them and one account is my husbands and mine which carries 3 phones the other is in my name for my son who was under age when i got it for him now he is 18 and i made him responsible for his own bill. He failed to pay his bill which is in my name so to teach him a lesson i told him if he wants his phone turned back on he has to pay for it! I pay my account every month and for some god forsaken reason cellone shuts my phones off! I called them and explained what is going on and they pretty much told me to bad! I dont think it is quite a fair business practice to shut someone off who is paid up to date. I had the phones put on seperate bills for this reason and i still got screwd. My son would have paid his bill when he realized how much he needs is cell phone. I just cant figure out how they can shut my service off when it is no a totally seperate and paid bill!!
