I've activated for Comcast Cable Television and broadband online sites through BroadbandNational.com site which guaranteed a refund when the purchase is posted through them. Later, I posted the refund form to BroadBand Nationwide, that was declined using the following cause: "The company is displaying another organization as Internet of Report for the support order, consequently, the order put through Broadband Nationwide isn't a legitimate support order." I named Comcast and discovered they don't maintain "Internet of Report" specifics for that support purchases, therefore the denial cause was not true.
I called subsequently Broadband Nationwide customer support, and was informed the cause was a reproduction purchase on my document (different as was created on the denial postcard), as well as for that cause I can't obtain a refund. But - the identical purchase was joined by BBN consultant
Thanks,
Dmitry Pogrebnov.
