I ordered Lingo VoIP service from Broadband National using there website www.dlinkvoip.com. When I ordered they had mentioned 3 rebates. 2 of the rebates are provided by Broadband National and 1 by Dlink.
Out of the 2 Rebates that Broadband National Provides, they have no forms for one of the rebates and Customer Sevice asked me to fax the first month bill from lingo and they would honour the rebate. I faxed the first month bill from lingo to the fax number provided by the customer service (888-375-3777) and I waited for 3 months.
Now when I call Broadband National they are asking me to contact the rebate center and when I call the rebate center they are asking me to call the Broadband National. I have sent several emails and no proper response from them. So please be aware of this company if your ordering any service through this company (BroadbandNational.com/DlinkVoIP.com)
