Well were do I satrt. I bought Polaroid digital camera on May 29 from Circuit City website, picked up and tested same day, it wasn't working. So I took it back to the store (different location).
To my surprise there was a restocking fee of 15% imposed. I asked to talk to the manager and he came out after 15 or 20 min of wait. His name was Gerry and he was very unhelpful. Basically he told me that there is nothing he can do and it is a company guideline to charge restocking fee even if product is defective, however I have an option to exchange this camera for the same type and model. I refused and explain that I don't want same model since the first one I bought is not a good quality.
Basically I paid around $12 for nothing.in the future I would not buy anything from Circuit City and make sure that everyone I know will do the same.
So much for customer satisfaction!
