Circuit city sucks, i bought a $400.00 digital camera upon opening factory sealed box (olympus) found all accessories loose not in enclosed torn open plastic bag then found someone elses pictures in internal memory. Brought the camera back 1 hour later they did not have same item in stock or anything else worthwhile then the heffer at customer service advised me there was a restocking charge. I asked for a store manager, after a 20 minute wait another charming employee came out from the back wiping left over lunch from her face. When i said sorry for disturbing your lunch she replied thats ok i finished my lunch.
Now this turned out to be the store manager and it would not have killed her to miss a meal if you know what i mean. Well she said restocking charges are written in stone and i was lucky she was accepting the camera back and not sending it out for repairs which takes 4-6 weeks. During our conversation which i was very polite she got nasty with her big mouth so i took the refund minus the restocking charge. It took about 4 weeks but i did get back the restocking fees from corporate offices thank god a best buy opened up by me there not much better but at least they treat you with respect while screwing you.
