Absolutely unbelievable!

This has been one nightmare after another. I wish I had read these reviews before my purchase.

I ordered a Nikon camera from these people on April 6 requesting 3 day UPS delivery. Gave them my credit card numbers and they said it would go out the next day.
They would email me UPS tracking information. I never received the UPS tracking information from them. I waited and waited. I called back and they said they would send to me. Guaranteed me the camera was on the way. One week later, around the 14th they called saying my credit card information was wrong. So I guess they were not truthful when they said the camera had been sent. We cleared up the credit card problem and they convinced me to purchase a wide angle lens which was another mistake. I also was convinced to buy a longer life battery at the time of purchase.

The camera was finally delivered on 4-21. Some three day delivery! The battery and lens were not with the camera. I called back and they said they were coming under a separate shipment. About a week later the battery finally came in. I examined it and it was the same battery as shipped with the camera. I called them back and asked why it was not a long life battery as they had told me at time of purchase. They said there was only one battery for that camera. So I guess they lied to me about that longer life battery!

Then the wide angle lens came in. It took me almost three weeks to get delivery. They double billed me for freight. Every time I would call and ask about the shipment they gave me different shipping information.

When the lens finally came in, it was the wrong one. I called back to return it and they wanted to send me another one. OH NO, NEVER AGAIN! I got an RMA from them and returned it insured with return receipt. The only smart thing I did in this transaction. After I got the tracking information and receipt from the post office I called my credit card company and would you believe the credit had not been processed. I called Best Buy Digital back and they said oh yes, it was processed last week! They said check again with your credit card company. I did so and no, it was not there. Called them back and they said, Oh' there was a problem with the bank, I will do the credit right now!

I have the paperwork to contest the credit card transaction which I intend to do if they fail to credit my account. My advice to anyone wanting to purchase from this company is DON'T!!! Save yourself a lot of grief. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I have tried to remember all these facts as accurately as possible and hope I did so. If I did make a mistake it was minor. If you want further information on these people, see epinions.com I wish I had checked them out before my purchase.
