I was charged 39.90 for VoiceXpress Voicemail Monthly Fee that I never asked to receive. I never gave consent for Verizon to put a miscellaneous fraud voice mail company on my bill.
Upon visiting the Better Business Bureau website I found other customers in question of their phone bills had reported "VoiceXpress Voicemail" service being charged with out their permission.
As I previously stated before I am aware that this is not Verizons service. What I do know is that I receive a phone bill every month with Verizon at the top. Verizon is putting random charges on customers bills and doesnt even care that the customer did not ask for the service. They are irresponsible and lazy and do not wish to find out who this voicemail service is.
If you call the number in reference to this bill you get a message to send email about complaints to [email protected].
I will find who ever is behind this and I have already started seeking legal advise.
