My grandfather ordered a ThinkTek TweetyBird clock for my 2 year-old son. ThinkTek shipped 2 clocks and billed my grandfather for both (one for $49.95 and one for $37.46?? - they also billed him $25.98 for shipping/handling)
I've been attempting since the beginning of the year to get resolution of this to no avail. The #800 provided is useless - the voicemail box is either full and you can't leave a message or you leave a message and no one calls back.
I was able to reach a live "customer service rep" by calling 561-241-2962 in early February. The rep told me that UPS would pick up the extra clock in 3-5 business days and that my grandfather's credit card account would be credited $49.95. Two weeks have passed and neither has occurred. I called again today and spoke to a rep who's English was so fractured I'm not even sure what she told me.
Do not buy anything from this company and if you do CAVEAT EMPTOR!!
