Purchased a clock for anniversary, delay in shipping due to engraving; received day before anniversary with no engraving. Called to get assistance, told to fill out a web form no one could speak with me. I asked for more immediate assistance and was told I could leave a voice mail by the operator. She was rude and accused me of being abrupt. I found the registry phone number and spoke to someone else who yelled at me and told me to follow the policy and stop making trouble.
Here is what I entered into the web form for customer service:
I ordered engraving, the clock came without it. My anniversary is tomorrow and your business practices that keep me from finding a person to help are very bad. I am going to get the clock engraved locally so I have it in time. I expect a partial refund for the engraving you did not send.
It must be nice to be able to treat new customers badly. I was yelled at by someone and told I have to fill out this form no one can talk to me, then I was given voicemail to leave a message. Do you consider that customer service? If a customer doesn't want to use a form like this, why insist and make them unhappy? I wonder about your 5 * reviews? I expect to leave a bad review unless I get help today. I will be watching to ensure my review is not removed and I will be reporting you to the California state attorney generals office for investigation should you remove that review. You are a deceptive company poorly run and poorly managed. I could have been a happy customer if you just spoke to me nicely and asked what was wrong with my order. Shame on you and your company!
